So excited to try the fall 4 course pasta tasting menu at @ladevozionenyc in @chelseamarketny 🍝🍁🍂

This was such a fun experience sitting at the oval pasta bar and getting a behind the scenes peek at @alessiorossettichef cooking pasta! The pasta dishes were so inventive yet simple and full of flavor.

La Devozione means “The Devotion” in English and is an ode to pasta as well as the restaurant’s signature pasta dish - italys classic spaghetti al pomodoro 🍝

They also have a pasta shop with over 120 types of Italian pasta!

Pasta and fried chicken, does it get any better!? 🍝Loved all of the pasta dishes I tried at @birddog_nyc especially the Pappardelle with short rib Ragu and the Cavatelli with blue crab and Calabrian chili. The hush puppies dipped in honey butter was a fun appetizer and the handmade “Doritos” were also a hit!
